Valedictorian
As of last Tuesday I am now a Valedictorian. Here are some photos of me in my Princess Polly dress and my friend Gemma with her dress she also bought online. And as of last Friday I now have darker hair. As of now I will be in full study mode for exams. Wish me luck!

End.
This is it. High School is now over forever...but I'm super excited to jump straight into my life, starting fresh and doin' ma thang. It was rather haunting to read a letter that I had written to my furture self in year 7 (2005). It seemed like my whole life revolved around my friends and having fun. I would like to go back to year 7, when life had innocence and everything was enjoyable. However, I am quite proud of my achievements over the years. My involvement in school definitely takes its toll but I would not trade it for the world.
On another, more serious note it was our 'Celebration Day' on Monday when a group of us dressed as Lady Gagas. I was inspired by the Monsters of the Bath Haus of Gaga in the Bad Romance video clip. It was a great day which ended with Cold Rock ice cream and Glee. I look forward to tonight's Valedictory Dinner where a group of us will be singing an original song mashed with Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson, which was in fact our first song we ever sung together in 2006.

Away
So I thought I'd let everybody know how I'm feeling by writing a poem. Literally. I also like to procrastinate. It's also a result of my excitement at the idea that I might be travelling to Sydney with my boyfriend sometime in our enormous break. Fingers crossed! I'm really in the mood to just jump in the car and go somewhere that has nothing to do with school or anything like that. Where I can do something that isn't part of my usual routine. I think I've discovered my favourite brand of clothing. Mink Pink produces elegant clothing from floral dresses or lacey tops. I just fall in love with each and every piece of Mink Pink clothing I find!

Gaga
The one thing on most people's minds for the next two weeks of school is not exams and study...costumes for "celebration" day (name change due to teacher panic about the idea of "muck-up" day). The decision was made after large discussion that our group go as a Lady Gaga army! I've chosen the white Bad Romance monster costume. Easy, outgoing and fun! So, what I'll need is a white leotard, white stockings or leggings, a white mask, a pearl necklace and a white crown-like head piece. Stay posted for the next few weeks!
